  • 1 package of Quinoa
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 1 cup cooked Beans
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 piece of green onion

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Coarse salt

Cook 1 cup of Quinoa with 2 cups of water. Watch that you do not run out of water and put a cup more if necessary. It will be cooked when the center of the quinoa grain is no longer hard. The quinoa will look spongy.
In a saucepan pour Extra V Olive Oil and garlic for 1 minute.
Add the onion, the spoonful of cumin and the spoonful of chili. The onions should be mixed well with the powdered ingredients.
Incorporate all vegetables: pumpkin, pepper, etc; as well as the bean cooked with a little broth. If it is necessary to add a little water so that it is like a stew in which the vegetables are going to be cooked. Season with fine salt and pepper.
